I visited Time square branch of Sharaf DG on 04 Sep 09 looking for an A3 printer for my personal use and I enquired with the sales person about the HP printer model HP K8600. The sales in charge Mr. Nazeer informed me that they don’t have that printer in stock and he asked me to fill a form (attached form herewith) and advised me that if they cannot source it within 24 hrs they will offer me with the substitute free of charge and I will be entitle for 100 Dhs.
