I only wanted ONE phone number checked, was charged the $.99 that I was supposed to, then was charged $19.95 for 24 hrprotect plus, and then today was charged another $19.95 for intelius subscription. I never autherized those charges to be deducted from my account! I sent an email after the first $19.95 charge to cancel whatever I was enrolled in, and also wanting a refund. Still no answer from them, I'm going to contact my bank to see what can be done to stop charges. Def. a rip off!! read full review »
