Canceled our service because we moved. Was told to UPS receivers back to Direct TV, which we did. That was OVER A YEAR AGO!!! Now my wife and I are getting hounded by a collection agency saying we owe them money for the un-returned receivers. So now we have to dig through all of our stuff that is in storage and find the tracking number for the ups stuff. Why did the not contact us after a month or 2?
