I have run into a brick wall in trying to deal with Sears /Citi bank in resolving a credit card issue of my mother-in-law. Card # 5121 0797 4231 2629. I can mail by USpostal my entire complaint . a Synopsis is that I tried to work out a reasonable payment schedule with them on the card while it was current and active, They told me that they couldn't do that because it was current.
