My garage door did not open completely especially in cold weather. When he first came to evaluate the problem, he made it seemed as if this was a large problem requiring sometime to do the work. I agreed to pay because I was unfamiliar with the work involved. All he did was added tension to the spring and tightened the roller hinges. All this work was done within 30min.
