This is my 2nd mortgage company. Time are tought financially for me so i called to see if they would drop my intrest rate a little bit to help my current rate is 10.7% and they denied my request telling me it looks like i cant afford my house that i need to sell it. What happened to mortgage companies having to help consumers stay in their home . They arent trying to help me their just telling me to sell it. What they dont realize is houses that are totally re-done arent selling and they are asking way less than what i owe. They dont seem... read full review »

This company is my 1st mortgage i was out of work for a month & they told me not to worry about my mortgage payment that when i returned to work call them and they would work out a payment plan with me. When i returned to work and called to work out a payment plan they said there was nothing could do for me to help me that i would just have to pay it as i could and it would report against my credit it not paid in full.
