I ordered a pair of back-ordered Steve Madden boots from Nordstrom online. They were expected to ship about two weeks after I placed the order but, rather, on that date I was notified of a delay. About a week later I called to speak w/ a customer service rep. who told me they would ship that Saturday. Saturday I received a voicemail suggesting a different product.
