I bought a Pavilion 6500 desktop for my son 18 months ago.We have sent it back twice already with a fried hard drive.This time HP doesnt want to know anything exceptfor me to pay400 bucks for a new hard drive.Obviousely this is a defective unit which HP refuses to stand by.The people you talk to on the phone are not in the USofA, very hard to understand and are programmed like a robot telling you I apologise but this will cost you read full review »
