We contracted for a "bundling service" with Direct TV in October 2009. Since we bundled with Embarq for phone and internet service we would be entitiled to a $15 per month credit on our Direct TV bill ( we have the original advertisment mailed to our home) for one year. We have spent hours trying to resolve this with the billing department, customer services and the bundling department ( the customer service reps from Direct TV have even told us that they do not have a " bundling department"...as of this date, no action ha... read full review »
