I had Hughes net for one week and I had internet access for less than one hour. This was approximately one year ago. After several calls to customer service and technicians who blamed me I spoke with a manager after being put on hold for 30 minutes or more several times. Crystal was beligerent and less than helpful. She hung up on me on more than one occasion. In the end she agreed that I would not be charged if I sent the equipment back.
