This customer misrepresented his material and weights. When I tried to explain, all he did is scream and swear at me. And in the end I still gave him a fair price for that item and paid him in full over $3000.00. In the past 3 years since I have been a member of the BBB my business has serviced over 25000 customers… If we did cheat customers, I would think the BBB would have a list of complaints on my company.
