This was my third try to order and download Norton internet software. I got a free trial period when I purchased my new HP computer. My expiration date was/is 02/14/2010. I have been billed (order # 784668203 dated 02/14/2010) for the software. Please cancel and I will buy locally and load locally. You should have a better system because this process doesn't work.
