Direct TV has had so many complaints in the state of Washington for poor customer service, and other complaints that they have failed to address, that the Washington State Attorney General's Office has filed suit against them. The Attorney General stated that they failed to work with the state regarding consumer complaints, therefore, they will work it out in court. This is FYI.
