Living in a rural place hughesnet seemed to be better than dial up, but when it only works 75%of the time, and with the speed of dial up half the time . I"m tired of being robbed and dealing with someone over seas that tells me i need a 100$service call to fix any problem i have. If hughesnet cannot remedy the problem the mabey the Better Business Beareu would be a good way to go. I plan on filing a complaint with them as well. read full review »
