I called on the 21 day of Jan, 2010 and asked for an early dissconnect. I talked to a lady, her name was, Joyce. I explained that my Brother-in-law could not pay his rent and had to move.Joyce, said "let me see what I can do to help you. I was told to hold and she would be right back.
