Garhart built a two story addition on our house. We have had problems with the roof leaking, improper insulation, leaking gutters, electrical not up to code and other issues. This guy is the epitome of unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone hiring him to ANY type of work. If you do hire him, make him sign a VERY, VERY detailed contract outlining each and every detail of the job...even down to the type of fasteners he will use (for example).
