DO NOT EVER USE A & E SERVICES FOR ANYTHING A & E is owned by Sears and everything is operated out of a national call center. They make appointments for their service techs and rely on them for their customer relations. My clothes dryer broke. A & T was called. Two days later their call center called and scheduled an appointment for THE FOLLOWING WEEK. The tech came out, said their was a bad switch and bad motor -- both of which had to be ordered.
