After my initial purchase in Jan the computer did not boot up properly in which it took 30-40 minutes to boot up and then that was a maybe. After 5-6 hours of trouble shooting with a technicial located overseas they then decided for me to send it back for repairs. HP (Hewlett Packard) returned another new computer. The second computer was faulty with the same problem. I then boxed it up with their instructions and sent it back with a litter demanding a refund.
