My Father is 89 years of age and I needed to place him in a 24 hr care facility. He also has dementia and can not stay alone. I called to cancel the service and was told that it was a 18 month contract. I was changed $80 for canceling the service 4 months early.I was told that even if he died I would be responsible for the eary termination fee. read full review »
