The HP Officejet 6500 is supposed to support Windows 2000. They lie! They do not support the scanning function. It took over 4 hours on the phone before their experts were able to figure this out. OK. I am flexible. Let's try my Windows XP laptop. 3 calls and another 8 hours on the phone and they still can't install. It gets worse. They have scheduled 5 call backs and failed to call. I initiated a complaint via the email they provide for their CEO. They still can't seem to mange to call. read full review »
