This appears to be the latest scam - When I was looking at a particular website, Sam's Club was mine, and completed my search for products, I closed it. Immediately after closing the window a pop-up appears and invited me to take a survey for Sam's Club. Call me naiive, but I really thought that Sam's Club was sending the survey as it was my first one to see this pop-up.
