When I called to setup my account I was told that I have 30 days to try the service with 100% money back guarantee, additionally I was told that it would take between 4-10 days to port the number and I should receive the adapter in 2-3 days. Lastly I have 30 days to try the service and would get 100% money back if not happy. I didn't get the adapter until the 5th day and it took them 18 days to port my number.
