I was at first happy to get Direct TV and my experience went down from there. I now find that my High Definition (which I'm charged an extra 10 bucks a month for) doesn't work and I am expected to pay to have THEIR equipment fixed. They never told me this when I signed up. Why should I pay to fix something I do not own? It's bad enough I have to pay high rental fees for the equipment each month, but to pay to fix it too? This is unreal. We need choice in this area.
