We were happy with our magic jack the first few months, then all the missed calls were heard on the voicemail the rest of the year. We still thought it was good enough as another line in the house for the cost. Then the renewal date came around and we have not had a MAGIC JACK phone since. It has been over 3 weeks, we have called using the phone number off our credit card statements, chatted with the online service for the 6th time today and have recieved one email from them with a total of 6 still in the waiting, that should have had... read full review »
