they offer free trial size product for $ 1.95 if decide you don't want return product no problem. I cancelled product returned it with RMA # and insurance coverage as instructed. I mailed it on 12/02/09 they received on 12/04/09 they confirmed they got it. Meanwhile they had withdrawn $ 78.95 from my checking account. I called and asked them why they withdrew money they said they would refund money within 2 to 3 weeks. This went on and on with no refund.
