I would never recommend this company. First, they sent me scratched equipment, used retapped medical box, missing a part and impossible to deal with customer service and management. Once they sold the equipment to me, they didn't care about me anymore. Also, they weren't suppose to sell this equipment anymore because of the issue with the warranty, and they did anyway. They told me I had a 5 year warranty, but THOR LASER told me I only have a one year warranty. Med1 than told me they spoke to THOR after 4 months, and they will honor... read full review »
