I am being charged $79.62 because the mail was very slow in delivering the product and I was 2 days late (from the 17 days from their shipping date) in calling to cancel. This left me only about 7 days to try the product and determine that it wasn't working for me. I called and was told my account was canceled, but was not told that since I was 2 days late, that I would have to send the product back for a refund (within 30 days of their ship date). I was just told it was cancelled. So now I'm charged $79.62 and it's too late to send it back. How do these people sleep at night? read full review »
