I got my vacuumn in Nov. of 2009, even when I got it I didn't really see anything special about it like the commercial advertised but I decided to give it a try. It worked just like a regular vacuumn until one day it started making a loud noise. I checked to make sure that the belt wasn't popped and it wasn't I changed the bag and it still continued to make that noise.
