I have got an account with HDFC bank. I applied for credit and gave all my details my customer ID for bank, ID proof and ID proof however It has been over 10 days now I have not heard anything about it. She called me once and ask to submit another address proof. She promised me that she would send her executive for the same, however as I mentioned above It has been over 10 days now nobody turned up.
