ON November 2nd of 2009 I called Direct TV to cancel service. The represntitive indicated that she would send out a prepaid return service kit to place my equipment in. I did not recieve the kit and called again. Again they indicated a box was shipped. I recieved the box and returned the equipment. 2 months goes by and I get 2 charges for $569.90. I called and was told that they had no idea what the charges where for and they would be reversed in 24 hours.
