Got a loud 'pop' then black screen on my 42' plasma hp tv. I called tech support and they said they know about the issue and they stopped fixing it for free in January of 09. Although I'm having the exact same issues a year later they want me to pay 629.00 for a tech to come 'try' to fix my problem.. read full review »
