The Direct TV service was good, but the way they do business is like "snake oil". They did convince me to change from Time Warner by advertising a special rate. I called and started service over the "phone". From the start, this has been an experience I want to soon forget. At first, they wanted over $ 100.00 for the install. Secondly, my bill kept coming in "zero" balance. i got curious and starting checking and found they were charging my credit card and without my permission.
