I spent $800 ( a lot for us on a serious budget) for a full size bed and twin bed. They delivered them a week ago, 12/2, but failed to deliver the basic sliding frames. The delivery man claimed that "the warehouse was out of frames" and they would deliver them as soon as they could. It has now been a week and no one has even called to deliver the frames and explain the situation. We have been patient because we know some times mistakes are made, but this is unacceptable.
