Purchased an InStyler via the internet (hoping to avoid all the sales pitches that went along with it). About a week later, got a call to inform me that the units had shipped and to give me a heads up on who to call in the event they didn't arrive. Was then asked if they could transfer me to another representative to confirm shipping details. Should have known SOMETHING was up.
