We purchased a plotter from Plotter 4 U. Robert Coffey guaranteed the plotter and warranty. Also, guaranteed a service department in our area for any repairs. When we received the plotter, it would not cut paper and had problems with the drawing. Robert Coffey called in a local service representative, who was not affiliated with Plotter 4 U.
