I was once a Cell customer for SPrint . After having the cell service years before they were called 'S' I was a very loyal, satisfied user of their services. A few years after becoming S the problems started, whenever I had to talk to a human being they really made it very clear that I was not a valued client. After paying off two final bills that they and their paperwork told me I did not owe I changed for the last time to Verizon and then to Boost Mobile.
