I am in the process of transferring my number from Windstream to Vonage. Windstream bought out D&E in November. I received the only communication from them regarding the cancellation of the VoIP service. Apparently they sent out letters in December. The only letter I received was in November telling me they bought out D&E. I called and signed up with Vonage on 2-10-2010 and am still waiting for my phone number to be transferred.
