I have been trying to port my land line number to a cell company for aprox 4 weeks with no luck. EVERY time I call Windstream customer service I get a different answer to my questions and problem. I have been lied to, put off, placed on endless hold and bounced back and forth from department to department. I understand they do not want to loose business but if their phone service was more affordable I would not need to switch. I am EXTREMELY unhappy and disappointed with the quality of customer service that they offer. They need to better train their employees so that everyone is on the same page. read full review »
