Had direct tv to automatic draft $290.20 out my account on the 15 of feb. and they went agin on the 22of feb. and drafted out $290.20 aging out of am account and when i call them and try to explain to what happen they say they only took it out one the so they ask me send my bankstatement to them and i did so they can see the mistake they made so they tell me they dont have a number for the fiance dept so i can speak to some on . i know not true all bussiness have numbers to all dept all the gave was a fax number for me to fax my bank statement to them and told me they will have to check in to and i havent nothing from them. read full review »
