I signed up for their broadband on 2/12/2010. It began with not bieng able to connect. Then it would connect but suuuuuper slow. Then it began to kick me out upon attempting to click on a link. All the while I placed numerous calls to customer service at 1-800-cricket. Finally I was told that they were writing up a ticket and someone would call me back within 72 hours with a resolution. Well after 5 days, 3 calls to customer service, and numerous new problem they still havn't called me back or resolved my problems but created new ones. The month is almost up and I havnt had 1 whole day of good internet. They suck!!! read full review »
