Vonage has phone deal called "vonage world plan" for $24.99+tax. It includes unlimited phone calls to 60 countries. I got this deal from vonage since I call my wife in India a lot. A couple of days ago I got an email from vonage asking me to cut down the usage of the phone otherwise they are going to change my plan to higher plan.
