No Television for 10 days now. Three repair calls later and still no satelite TV. No one appears to care. My Husband and I have been Dish customers for a long time 10years. We have had our share of dish problems, but nothing has compaired to what we have been through recently, from shouting, begging and pleading to threatening to sue. We are now seriously considering a class action suit. We know we are not the only ones with this problem. Every time we schedule an appointment the time is changed without notice.
