These people have been calling for weeks and sending emails. The sales rep who's been calling me doesn't represent that he's a sales rep, instead he says: "Please call me back as soon as possible". I've already emailed him once, and I'm still getting called. My email couldn't have been any clearer -- I'm not looking to take any exams for the next 5 years, so I care about the special they're offering.
