I signed on to Dishnetwork through Homes Club for 2 yrs.in Albuquerque, NM. in Mar. 06. I paid a 1-time $24 fee with a Debit card. As of Dec 08, i found out they are debiting my account 19.23 for so-called Svc agreement. We never discussed a agreement of any sort for any reason except, with Dishnetwork. All billing for svc. comes from Dishnetwork. Homes Club contends they are entitled because they talked to Dishnetwork. I called my bank and changed my bank account to stop the illegal transactions.
