My wife died in December and I used your directory service to try and get the telephone number of a friend of hers in California. It was unsuccessful. I was charged $0.91 and I thought that was the end of it. Now I am getting charged $ 19.95 on my credit card every month for your service. I never knowingly signed up for your service and do not want it as I am 85 years old, retired and do not need your service. Please cancel this service.
