I too, was an employee at American Laser Centers. I have to agree with all the complaints listed. I am embarrassed to say I worked for such a scamming company! I feel so bad for all the patients who have spent hard earned money to have procedures done that, in the end, do not work. They don't work because Rich Morgan has those Syneron lasers @ less than full strength.
