After collection calls and returned payments on my account, now Citifinancial tells me they have a coorporate office, but there is no phone there. WOW! Can you believe it. I have made calls and when I speak to a rep, that actually speaks english, I get hung up on. Who is out there to help the little guy? I have been put on hold, transferred and now hung up on a total of 5 times just today, yet I bet within 48 hrs I'll get yet ANOTHER call from them where I answer the phone and get to be put on hold by their automated-computerized rep.
