I spent almost the hours on the phone with COUNTLESS DirecTv representatives - asking for a copy of the contract I was interested in signing for a bundle service with them and Windstream. After being told that there was not a contract available, and being transferred back from the Phillipines, several times, I was told that the contract could only be delivered by the installation crew. ???
