This morning we woke up to a slight natural gas smell and the Kenmore gas range was burning hot. The knobs were all set to "off" and we hadn't used it in several days. Our only conclusion is that it turned on by itself. The oven/boiler was so hot I'm surprised there wasn't a fire already. We had to shut the gas valve off to get it to go off and cool down.
