Walmart
Chai Pingon April 26, 2011
Walmart sucks! Here are just a few reasons why 1) Encouraging use of carcinogenic pesticides such as Roundup (we know who died from this); 2) Massive use of slave labor for producing garments; 3) New world order agenda: They pushing corporate education disguised as urban clean up, diversification, renewal projects. We know this--outside our apartment is a few Clean the City Walmart signs; they are running a museum campaign at the Smithsonian; they are awarding grants to schools and colleges provided the teachers/ professors attend their... read full review »

Walmart
Chai Pingon June 27, 2010
This person administers a special education fund (no more can be said about its exact nature ) but she acts like the Red Princess herself. The end of the substantial fund appears to be the cause itself, and she is the Queen on the Hill. Nobody gets any training, but she is the cause of all this divisiveness. She is Gaia herself, hoarding all the monies, full of despotic pretenses and disdain and arrogance, and everybody will be cannibalized, their remnants scattered for plowing under the hill, before she willingly doles anything out to her... read full review »

This person administers a special training fund but she acts like the red princess herself. The end of the fund appears to be the cause itself, and she is the queen on the hill. Nobody gets any training, but she is the cause of all this divisiveness. She is gaia and everybody will be eaten, the remnants scattered for plowing under the hill. Gorged with their blood, she ascends up the red sea, ready to plant new armaments in the gulf of unlove. Medusa waves her hoary locks and engulfs you in her nuclear embrace. The children are her slaves, and... read full review »

Copyright Office
Chai Pingon May 21, 2010
I have visited the venerable Library of Congress several times, and never had anything to complain about. The guards are generally nice, the tourguides and tours are excellent. Obtaining a library card was also not a difficult experience. However the Copyright Office, located within one of the LOC buildings is a bit different. The online site for the LOC is excellent and the Copyright Office website is fairly self-explanatory, but we decided to visited the office in person because there were some detailed questions regarding a book project... read full review »

Account Services
Chai Pingon May 6, 2010
A representative has tried to call me several times. Today they reached me. They sound very professional because it begins with a computerized message option and asks you to press "1" to learn more. The representative sounded very concerned about how I could lower my interest rates and said I qualified because of my payments were on time, I had not exceeded my limit, and my account was in good standing. Then she said that in order to proceed, first she would ask for the telephone number on the back of the card. After this, she wanted... read full review »

Gelman Library
Chai Pingon April 30, 2010
Since last year they have opened the doors a lot wider and now...in years past the cubicles hardly ever had grafitti. Now a particular male (race withheld) who is obviously very insecure prowls the place and marks up the stalls with obscenities, graphics etc. When a complaint was made to the staffsperson, she acted very constipated towards complainer. She put on a great show of talking and chatting and acting as if it was the most unusual thing. I pointed out that if she didn't believe me, all she or they had to do was walk upstair... read full review »

Goodreads.com
Chai Pingon April 26, 2010
This site doesn't post reviews per the customer but per their own formula. This is stated under the default bubble for reviews. Their secret formula is obviously based on marketing interests, which is why their site looks squeaky and bleachy clean. When I added a nice book review for a favorite progressive black author they added this creepy looking guy under the reviews. That guy wasn't there before I wrote my book review. There were only eight reviews, none of them detailed. But after I wrote my review this creepy guy Snagadeal... read full review »

Pur Water Filter
Chai Pingon April 9, 2010
Have you ever tried taking one of these filters apart? I know it seems kooky, but hey, if it's made in Mexico, but I'm paying $35 for 2 filter replacements every two months, I figured I'd better see what I am getting! So I industriously hammered apart my filter because I was intrigued about just what quality filter material there was (remember, I'm an engineer). And guess what? It doesn't look like that glossy diagram at all! The diagram Stage 3 as a 1/3 of the cross-sectional width, but it is only about 15 mm or .30... read full review »

Campbell's Prego Sauces
Chai Pingon March 27, 2010
As a survivor, I really feel compelled to speak out against Campbell's for several reasons. It is difficult because most kids grew up on Campbell's. My mom used to prepare a thermos of Campbell soup every morning for my dad to bring to work. In his mid fifties he developed colorectal cancer. I don't know if there was a connection. I used to love the "cream of" series because it seemed so convenient and great for casseroles and quick dinners. But their lines, even while seeming to have expanded in variety (low... read full review »

McAfee
Chai Pingon March 19, 2010
SiteAdvisor when installed appears to disable IE 6 browser capability. The nice wide IE 6 address bar is gone, wiped out. Can't bring it back no matter what! SiteAdvisor bar is not wide and doesn't have the features the IE address bar did. Also it defaults to Yahoo searches. Yuck! The only ONLY reason why I have it now is because I can't get my IE 6 address bar without reinstalling it and even then SiteAdvisor seems to have wormed its way into the operating system. Strange thing is I can't find much information about this anywhere. read full review »
